Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Please view the Operators Cancellation and Indemnity Policy before paying for your booking. At present we cannot accept payments online and we apologise for any inconvenience. Please email tourist@northam.wa.gov.au with payment details or you may request a staff member to email or telephone to receive your payment.
For all Bookings whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract AUD $22 (inc. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator over booking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
