Northam Motel is located on a quiet hillside position on the Perth side of the Avon River. It is only a few minutes walk to the Avon River which holds a colony of White Swans. Lovely lawns, childrens play and barbeque areas are located all along the river with a suspension bridge to take you into town.

From Kalgoorlie = Turn off Great Eastern Highway onto Yilgarn Ave. Turn right at T Junction. Travel straight through traffic lights, over the bridge, continue up Forrest Street and the Northam Motel is just over stop sign.
